CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to people in Canada only, except for employees of Niagara Falls Comic Con and Warner Bros. Pictures Canada, their immediate families, or
anyone professionally connected to the contest. Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill out an entry form located on the Niagara Falls Comic Con website located at www.nfcomiccon.com/superman. Entries must be received by end of day July 4th, 2025. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified.
3. Winner Selection
The winner(s) will be selected via random draw.
4. Prizes
The winner(s) will receive a pair of passes to see the film, with one grand prize winner receiving a Superman gift pack valued at over $200. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Niagara Falls Comic Con reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email by July 7th, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner may be selected.
6. Rights and Ownership
By entering, participants grant Niagara Falls Comic Con the right to use their name, entry, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Disqualification
Niagara Falls Comic Con reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that appears to be fraudulent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Niagara Falls Comic Con is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of data, or any other issues beyond its control. Participation constitutes acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
