CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

By entering Niagara Falls Comic Con x SUPERMAN contest (the "Contest"), you agree to be bound by these rules (“Official Rules”).
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years or older. Employees of Niagara Falls Comic Con and Warner Bros. Pictures Entertainment Canada, Inc. and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the Contest are not eligible to enter. Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Enter
Contest Period: May 29th, 2025 - July 4th, 2025 (“Contest Period”) To enter, participants must fill out an entry form located on the Niagara Falls Comic Con website located at www.nfcomiccon.com/superman during the Contest Period. Entries must be received by 5:00PM EST end of day July 4th , 2025. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified.
3. Winner Selection
The winner(s) will be selected via random draw.
4. Prizes
The winner(s) 1/5 pairs of passes to see the film plus one lucky will receive a grand prize Superman gift pack valued at $200+ Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. No part of a prize may be sold or bartered. No cash or other substitution is allowed by the Winner, but Niagara Falls Comic Con reserves the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email by July 7th, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner may be selected.
6. Rights and Ownership
By entering, participants grant Niagara Falls Comic Con the right to use their name, entry, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Disqualification
Niagara Falls Comic Con reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that appears to be fraudulent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final. Participants, by participating, agree that Niagara Falls Comic Con, Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize including any travel/activity related thereto or participation in this Contest. Without limiting the foregoing, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties will not be liable for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Niagara Falls Comic Con for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a Participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be managed in accordance with Niagara Falls Comic Con’s privacy statement and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration, and execution of the Contest.
